A New Language - In the formation
How on earth, there exists so many languages and that too each with many ascents and dialects. And how many accents, dialects are becoming defunct within its own diaspora. And how many of the them are grown, developed, established, recognized every day.
How a language is evolved. As everyone knows, they are just signs getting sounds that a human being can create within to get the point clear across. From each language, then originates different dialects, groups, accents etc to improve the communication better, stylish and more convenient.
Even now you could see in one language group, the language they speak within the family will be slightly different from the language commonly spoken. As the family size grows and disperses that will become a dialect.
Probably my family also could evolve such a dialect in another 500 - 600 years, if we could keep our family language alive. We do not have to pass on, as it is such an interesting and sweet that new members are likely to pick up on the go.
Yes I am referring to my family (really so proud here) language which I could say evolved by my Mother. This is a sweet language widely used by my mother to pamper the children she loved and loves. Since our time memorial, we have used to listen to that language which is the first version too. She will speak this language when she is excited at talking to a child (or sometimes even pets like dogs, birds) or when referring to a child who is so loving for her.
All of a sudden today, I had realised the existence of this language when my wife also spoke few words (inspired by my mother's talk to kavin)from that not-officially-published-yet-lexicon. And I was also more thrilled to put myself visualising that I am going to be partly responsible for evolving a language in the world.
This language is simple. I am afraid, if this language could not have started just by its own. It needed a base language, which in our case is Tamil. My purpose of writing this is, after going through this excerpts, you should also be able to use your mother tongue as a base language to evolve your own (needless to say in another 500-600 years time)
Let me give an intro to this Language in a very simple way. The grammatical things have to be worked out to refine this in the near future. We will ask Balaji to write a tholkappiyam on this.
Generally there are three basic principles to bring out this language from any base language.
The first one is to add " an " or " yaan " or " thaan " to a Noun.
Generally there are three basic principles to bring out this language from any base language.
The first one is to add " an " or " yaan " or " thaan " to a Noun.
For eg. Kuzhandhai becomes Kuzhandhaiyaan (not always because Puppy does not become Puppyaan but apt here is Puppan)
Pattu becomes pattaan or sometimes pattuthaan (depends on the emphasis it need at that moment) or even pattuthaaru which is in the new version
Kutty becomes kuttithaan or Kuttithu
Chellam becomes chellathu
Thambi becomes Thambiyaan
One who sells thavidu becomes thavidaan
The second one is to add "thuraaru" or "thuraan" at the end of a verb to denote the person who is indulging in that activity.
For eg. Varugiraan becomes varuthuraaru or varuthuraan
Pogiraan becomes povuthuraan
Irukiraan becomes Iruthuraan
Povaan becomes povuthuvaaru
saapidugiraaya becomes mostly saatuthareengala not saatuthariya
seyviya ecome seyuthuveengala (same case as above)
The third one is often used in the place of the above or very rarely used.
For eg. Chellam becomes Thellam
Kutty becomes Thutti
Besides the above there are other new words widely used in my family for the roots of which i am still exploring.

For eg. Tommy becomes Dum Dakkan
Kizhavan becomes Kizhaayi
Soothu becomes thoothai
Kunji becomes ballai
Sari di becomes Thari di

I hope you have some idea about our new Language. My intention is to ignite some ideas for you all to convert from boring base languageto a sweet language which can be primarily used to show how much you love or how close you are in the group.
