My Potluck - Singapore Fried Bee Hoon

Ingredients
Cabbage, bean sprouts, small prawns, Tofu, Fish cake, egg and Bee Hoon.

How is it prepared?
Cabbages are first cut into strips say around 2-3cm and small prawns are pre-cooked first.
The Bee Hoon is first cooked in boiling water before it is brought over to the wok for stir frying. During the stir frying, soya sauce is added to give the Bee Hoon its flavour. The ingredients are added in during the stir fry process.

How to eat it?
This Singaporean cuisine would taste nicer when you eat it hot and add lime juice to it. The lime mixed together with the Fried Bee Hoon is a gastronomical experience that would make u ask for more, because the lime juice accentuate the taste of the Bee Hoon (Assuming the chef frying skill is superb) But do note that, too much lime juice would spoil the original taste of the Fried Bee Hoon.
The best way to eat it is to have some Bee Hoon placed in your spoon first (after you have mixed the Fried Been Hoon with lime Juice), and try to put other ingredients in as well, like cabbage, Fried prawns, egg, bean sprouts, Tofu, Fish cake into the spoon as well. Send the whole scoop into your mouth. The crunchy cabbage and bean sprouts, the fried prawns and the nice textured stir fried eggs give you an all-round chewing experience.
